The VillaPod takes our YardPod to the next level. Retaining the sleek and contemporary design of the YardPod, the Villapod offers a stylish kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
The kitchenette features a stainless steel sink, a choice of colourful splashbacks, double cupboards above and below, shelves, and plenty of drawer space.
The bathroom features a vanity and sink, toilet, and generous shower.
The VillaPod provides a flexible solution for caravan parks, campsites, and holiday accommodation sites that require the features and functionality of a full cabin.
To look good in any situation, the VillaPod features an attractive Colorbond/timber look facade, an LED lit veranda, a large glass sliding door entrance, and three windows.

All VillaPods come with full Caravan/Holiday park compliance for council approval.

The VillaPod comes standard with a reverse cycle air conditioner to provide year-round heating and cooling comfort. By introducing fresh air from outside this ensures your VillaPod remains fresh and odour free.
The VillaPod features a safety switch board with circuit breakers for your protection.
The VillaPod features four internal flush mounted LED downlights and two more external LED downlights above the veranda. Double power points are provided internally, enabling you to position fixtures where required. Fully Australian compliant.
The VillaPod features a large ensuite bathroom with a 1200mm glass fronted shower, a large ceramic topped vanity and all ancillary bathroom fittings are included. Tapware is matt-black giving a premium feel to your VillaPod ensuite.
All plumbing is Australian compliant and completed to an outside wall.
The VillaPod features three aluminium windows. Two are fixed, the third is a sliding window complete with a flyscreen. The large glass sliding entrance is lockable and comes with a flyscreen door that opens out onto an attractive fixed timber deck that is highlighted with two LED downlights.
The VillaPod Deluxe is finished in a premium charcoal coloured steel panel, featuring a Midnight Wave texture. This panel is extremely durable and has a very high corrosion resistance, making it ideal for coastal environments. The exterior is maintenance free. The VillaPod Essential is available in a selection of popular Colorbond colours.
The internal finish of the VillaPod is Surfmist Colorbond. This provides a neutral, durable and maintenance free wall that can handle anything. The VillaPod floor is covered in a heavy-duty wood grain vinyl.
The VillaPod is built on a super strong welded chassis. This is what enables the VillaPod to sit directly on the ground without the need for a foundation (unless stipulated by your Council).
The VillaPod features an attractive kitchenette with base and overhead cupboards. Plenty of space for comfortable overnight accommodation.
VillaPod selection
The VillaPod Essentials is a cost effective alternative. If you don’t require Caravan-Holiday Park specifications for council this may be the best choice. The bathroom features a 900mm shower and the exterior is colorbond in a selection of colours. LED lights and double power points throughout. The fixed timber deck provides sheltered access making a VillaPod Essentials a great choice for Farm Stay or providing year round comfort at your bush retreat.

VillaPods are factory finished and ready to use. The VillaPod can be transported on a tilt tray truck, or larger trailer. The VillaPod can be craned into position if required.
